A complete and total nightmare.
After attempting to install this for five hours, the deadbolt is just completely impossible to install, and then I realized that the instructions told me to use the wrong screws (the written restrictions), not the video instructions which are different — and there are missing pieces —multiple missing pieces— so I cannot finish the door lock. It’s my only door. I have no lock now. I called customer service. Nobody answered. I left a message. I emailed, nothing.
Each time I try to reinstall it a new problem arises like the keys get stuck. The keys are really flimsy by the way, really flimsy for a heavy expensive door lock like this.
I’m completely overwhelmed with stress and no possible resolution. Awful.
